Facts about the Deltic class:

22 were originally built and 6 survive today, see photo's of the survivers.

When the Deltic's were built they were painted in a two tone green livery. They were later repainted into BR blue livery. With these liveries there has been many additions and changes like white cabs, box and full yellow nose ends, number, blank and domino headcode panels.
D9016 has been in a purple/white Porterbrook livery, Porterbrook were the sponser of D9016 during the overhaul a few years ago.
